VEX Robotics at Education Summit 2025 in Guimarães: Main Sponsor and Booth
In April 2025 the VEX Robotics booth was one of the highlights of Education Summit 2025 in Guimarães, Portugal (10–12 April). VEX Robotics was the proud Main Sponsor of the event, and I had the pleasure of representing VEX there.
VEX Robotics in Portugal
VEX Robotics, represented officially in Portugal by Sílaba, is a global leader in educational robotics. It provides schools and universities with solutions that foster creativity, teamwork and critical problem solving. VEX platforms let students of all ages discover the excitement of building and programming their own robots while developing the STEM skills they will need in the future.
What visitors could experience at the booth
- hands-on demonstrations of the latest VEX robotics platforms,
- information about VEX competitions that inspire students towards STEM careers,
- resources for educators who want to bring robotics into their curriculum,
- expert guidance on running successful robotics programmes.
The summit's mission – forging paths towards knowledge, innovation and a better future – matches VEX Robotics' commitment to transforming education through technology. Together we are building the future of education.
The following year
We returned to Guimarães in 2026, this time leading two hands-on workshops: Education Summit 2026 – VEX AIR drones and AI Vision.
